I’ve been seeing Chris for a while now, and every session leaves me feeling completely relaxed and recharged. He really takes the time to understand problem areas and tailor the massage perfectly. Professional, friendly, and consistently excellent — highly recommend!

I work a hard manual labor job that had caused me chronic back pain nearly every day for the past year. I’ve done physical therapy, chiropractic work, regularly did mobility routines and foam rolling and nothing had been able to help. Since I began going to Chris I have had no back pain and my back pain was alleviated after my first session. He’s the only massage therapist I’ve ever had that’s been able to get the knots out and break up the muscle tension throughout my body. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The vibe is immaculate, letting you pick your own music and creating a relaxing atmosphere right from the start. I came in with a lot of aches and pains, and he really helped alleviate them. I have been to many massage therapists over the past 20 yrs. Some really good and some not so great. The common theme of all of them was relaxation techniques more so than muscle release techniques. Chris is different. He is a therapist that seeks muscle release and movement. If you are a person who has dealt with chronic tightness and soreness due to a lot of wear and tear on your body or due to auto-immune inflammation, I would strongly encourage you to check Chris out. His style is directed more towards sports recovery techniques that have helped me gain mobility, range of motion, and most importantly pain remediation (not just relief).
