When I first tried hearing aids I found the sound difficult to control and wasn't inspired to continue with them. Dr. Jessica Woodson had the patience and generosity to listen to me and explain how to get used to them. Now I feel in control of my hearing again which is an incredible gift.

I met Dr Jessica Woodson around 7 years ago when I elected to go for a hearing test at Audio Help because i was having so Much trouble hearing accurately what people were saying. Honestly I had no idea what to expect. I truly lucked out as Dr Woodson explained my hearing test results and helped educate me about the value of hearing aids and my health. I trusted her judgement as she was so knowledgeable and gave me the option to try the hearing aids for a few days and see how I felt. Before my appointment, I had just come from home where we were hosting friends with a 12 year old boy with a high pitched voice. When he spoke I couldn’t understand a thing he said. He was also from New Zealand and his accent only made matters worse. I am so glad I accepted Dr Woodsons suggestion to try the
