I came for PRP of which I have had several times at different businesses including out of state. I have never experienced a PRP like this. In all the times I’ve received PRP a headband was provided to protect your hair. Not today…my plasma dropped into my ear and into my hair, not ok. Also, the pen tangled into my hair twice…if a headband was provided this wouldn’t be of a concern. Also, I didn’t feel a thing. You’re being microneedled so one should feel something. I asked for it to be harder. She refused. I walked out of the office looking like I received nothing. These are needles going into my face and I’m leaving without being red? I have NEVER left any PRP without being red and having my face look like it had the procedure. What a waste of time and money. If you’re looking for PRP

Been visiting the facility for few months and the repeatedly experienced delay for up to 40-50 minutes after start of consultation. I strongly urge the clinic to address this issue, improve scheduling, and ensure that patients are respected for their times.
