The staff was very receptive and attentive to patient needs. The office was not overcrowded, and patients were efficiently checked in and brought in to see the practitioner in a timely manner. The intake nurse was excellent—she asked thoughtful questions to understand the reason for my visit and provided clear information and vitals to the practitioner. The practitioner was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my diagnosis while educating me throughout the visit. She also discussed the medication she was prescribing and outlined next steps beyond simply taking the medicine, including additional remedies to help with my recovery. Overall, the service was excellent across the entire staff, from intake to the doctor. Thank you — I would highly recommend this office.

I want to start by saying I have never wrote a poor review before. Around 3 months ago, Me and my Fiance had come to this urgent care to confirm our pregnancy. We got 1 positive and 2 negatives after. The internet said false positives were incredibly rare so we wanted confirmation. Upon our arrival we were sat in a room where we were greeted by a nurse. We explained the situation and were told there is no such thing as a false positive pregnancy test and that we were definitely expecting. We were then made to wait around 25-30 minutes for test results. After the wait, a new doctor came in informing us we were not expecting and basically handed us the bill and we were sent on our way. I have been going to Excel Urgent Care in.Iselin for many years. Today, I was able to be seen start to finish in about 40 minutes.!! I was fortunate the office wasn't that busy at 10 am.The front desk staff is always friendly and the medical assistants, PA' s and Drs are always professional and down to earth. I met with Dr Luigi today and he was very helpful. I will definitely be back in the future!!! Well Done, Everyone!

I am truly grateful to the whole team at Excel Urgent Care of Iselin NJ I had X-rays and an EKG performed, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and efficiency. The NP, nurse, radiologist, and receptionist were attentive, professional, and compassionate. I felt I was in good hands at all times. I am very satisfied with their services.
