Jersey Shore University Medical Center - Pathology

I’d give zero if possible. This is a grossly negligent facility full of rude individuals. They released my father when he was completely immobilized and needed 4 people to help him sit up. My husband picked him up and no one gave us any clue of the kind of care he needed. Follow up calls? Ignored. Buck passed. This is a very fancy facility and it should be because it’s nothing more than a money printing operation. 12 hours for three CAT scans, from which I’m sure they’ll get about 30K from insurance. Meanwhile, my father is suffering in pain and none of them give a damn. Go anywhere but here if you can. If you can’t, make sure you have clear follow up care options before you leave and don’t let them bully you out the door.

My daughter in law recently gave birth here. The nurses were absolutely fantastic, especially Michelle and Katie. Michelle prayed over my daughter in law , son and our grandson and Katie was so sweet and knowledgeable being a new mom herself. The main issue I had is the filth in this hospital. The rooms , bathrooms, waiting room in labor and delivery was absolutely filthy! I can tell you I was at the hospital every day for three days and not once did I see anyone on the floor cleaning. This is the labor and delivery floor , it should be spotless ! No excuses , you need to do better !

Nurses, aids, actually everyone that works here are great very friendly, caring. As far as the rules for two patient Rooms they don't or have rules that have a limit of people coming into the room and staying most of the day and are very loud and obnoxious. 9 and 10 should be set home, Also they didn't have the consideration of my three surgeries. I was in the room and the other patient had her whole family and I couldnt hear my TV and even have a conversation with my partner. If I was to pick the hospital I wouldn't pick this one. Monmouth hospital would be my pick.

Neurology ICU, has been awesome, caring , professional, attentive — I have received wonderful care here. Every member of this staff is absolutely amazing, from doctors, nurses, administration, techs, orderly’s—cleaning staff—- food servers—- ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE WORKING HERE— 4 N ….. love you All!!!!
