Dr Martel is an exceptional physician. He truly takes his time with each patient and never make you feel rushed. He listen carefully, ask detailed questions, and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, so you feel confident in the treatment plan. Thanks to his care, my condition has significantly improved. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who combines expertise and compassion.

Dr. Martel was excellent, took his time, he did not rush me, and although it was a telehealth visit & my first visit, I felt very comfortable discussing an uncomfortable topic and felt confident in his skills. He was excellent and I felt at ease! He came highly recommended and after our telehealth consultation, I am so grateful for the recommendation.

I would give 5 stars if they would give me my results. He’s a good doctor but doesn’t provide results. The office staff say that they will give Dr. Martel my messages, but I have called now in the past two weeks at least 5 times. This is ridiculous and the worst service I’ve ever received from a medical office. They will get you in for your appointments quickly, they will get your test done quickly, they will take your money quickly, but it is slower than the second coming of Christ to get your results!

I wish I could tell you how wonderful Dr. Martell is, but it’s been 47 mins now and have yet to get some information about the cost of a procedure. Call was answered and I was given some information and when I asked another question I was placed on endless hold. If this is how they handle a simple question, I shudder to think how they handle a more complicated one if I were to become a patient. What a broken system! It should not be this hard to speak to a person to get information. Just hung up after an hour on hold. Forgot to mention that I called and left a message with scheduling and have yet to have a call back. That was an hour and a half ago.

I have been with Dr Martel for about 10 years. Dr. Martel is by far one the greatest doctors I have known. He possess great knowledge in the field of medicine. He is approachable, kind and very professional. I can truly say that I trust Dr. Martell with my health. Thank you Dr. Martel.
