I went to this office for post–foot surgery physical therapy. While some of the staff were polite, my overall experience was underwhelming. The front desk interaction wasn’t very welcoming, and the clinic often felt stretched thin with multiple clients being treated at once. I was surprised that certain modalities, like a TENS machine, were not utilized. Unfortunately, I did not see meaningful improvement in my ankle flexibility by the end of my treatment.
