Jennifer Jackson Hawkins, DNP, RN, FNP-BC

Jennifer has a very nice disposition, and sincere approach. However she is never available by phone, messaging system, and never returns a phone call. I stayed as her patient for a total of 7 weeks and I jumped ship. She is not able to balance time between patients, and has poor time management. There were serious concerns I had to which she did not know the answers to. Not what you want to hear from the person providing your care. She is a new FNP, and perhaps will get better. I will be no where around to see if that comes to fruition. Do your research before signing on with her. Otherwise you could be in a world of trouble.

Front desk staff is polite checked me in promptly. Dr Hawkins is very kind and professional. Great experience overall.
