Jenkins Vision Care

I have been going to Dr. Jenkins for years. As always he is pleasant and professional, but I was shocked this morning by one of the receptionists. She was very unfriendly, rude tone of voice, and made no eye contact. I hope she doesn't ruin it for Dr. Jenkins' office. He's a nice person. I see the person in the previous review mentioned the same issue.

I have been a patient at Jenkins for several years now, and I was disappointed with my recent visit. The person at the front desk was not friendly. She asked me my name, asked for ID and insurance, and handed me a clipboard with paperwork for me fill out. No smile, no kindness. Following my exam, I was interested in purchasing new glasses, but the optician never came out of his office to assist me. I asked the person at the front desk about it, and she didn’t seem to care. If you’re looking for good customer service, this is not the place.

Very professional, very knowledgeable about health insurance and surprisingly very knowledgeable on the latest trends in eyewear. Dr. Jenkins listened and addressed all of my concerns. Super excited to wear my new frames when they get in! I already recommended them to family and friends.

I've been using Jenkins Vision Care for several years now. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They always work to make sure I maximize my insurance benefit for contact lenses. Dr Jenkins is very friendly and always listens to my concerns or answers my questions!

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Jenkins takes his time with me, addressing and explaining any issues I my have. He is also a very gentle and kind man with a wonderful manner. My exams are excellent and the wait time is not noticeable because it appears the office staff knows how to schedule. I personally don't have a desire to seek another Eye Dr.....because this one is wonderful. I have been going to Jenkins Eye Car for 12 years and very happy with his care. Thank you for reading!
