I love jencare south dekalb.I have a excellent Dr Dr.Baxter he cares about his patients and he listen to you.he has excellent nursing staff Also.I have a good heart doctor and great Poditary ..both have great nurses as well And the front desk has great people working Checking you in..miss Helen and the other Front desk staff is great checking you in and out.I just wish we could get our juice machine back.more good snacks and less granola bars.lol Over all it great place to go.I forgot mention Pharmacy staff and the lab .They are great As well.After reading this text please give the staff and my Dr a raise. Run as far away from this big Pharma organization as possible. Took my aunt who has Dementia to them for care. After 7 months I needed a letter re: her health. They stated they had no ideas she had dementia, they would have to do testing. Mine you I brought her in already diagnosed. Provided POA and other governing documents, no avail. They want to rob Medicare by seeing the patient monthly. Why? She has no other issues that require monthly visits. They state it's thier business model. They make tons of money off of the backs of unsuspecting patients. In house pharmacy controls meds. Unable to get BP meds if you don't come monthly. Run for the hills. This is a horrible option. Use Oakstreet or a private doctor. They are just taking money from the government.

Definitely need to work on the front staff. The attitudes are absolutely awful. We were new and they were looking at us like we’ve been here before. Screaming “y’all need to move down I’m on the phone” is NOT it. The back staff as well as the doctors are great! They made me feel a little better about sending my father here front staff- Do better and get training asap!

The Jencare staff are personable people and give good answers to my questions regarding my health concerns. Dr. Marisa Dunn has been my primary care physician since I became a Jencare member and I am pleased with her ability to provide the best possible care and treatment for my overall health and wellbeing.

Waiting2 hours today because I had to be reassigned to another Dr. and treated like w walk-in although I’ve waited 2 months for an appointment. My last appointment was supposed to be a video visit but no one contacted me and before that they arranged for a lift for the am not pm and therefore I wasn’t picked up at the proper time! I wanted to change doctors anyway but I believe this is it! Open enrollment time is here!
