Look. I really wanted to like the place, and the dentist. But for a simple impression it took over an hour to be seen. Meanwhile, they took two other patients who arrived after us. We had a 1:45PM appointment and they just decided to work on a patient who had a 2PM appointment who came in after and later than us. Stop over booking, if you can’t do the work in the time you say, don’t waste anyone else’s time. Thanks. We will no longer be coming here.

This dental office, in my opinion, is the best, hands down…I have been a patient for 9 years, as of April 2026…I was a cancer patient in remission, at the time. After Chemotherapy and Radation one might only imagine the condition of my teeth (falling out) gums (diseased) and excessive bone loss. I had also visited a host of dental offices and nit one of them were able to meet the challenge of my dental needs. I encountered unprofessionalism, poor customer service and confusion…

JULIA DESERVES A PROMOTION! I called inquiring about extraction, temp dentures, and an implant. Julia was beyond knowledgeable about the pricing, timelines of approval from insurance, appointment availability, the whole thing. We have not even seen the provider as of yet - but Julia left a fabulous first impression. Kuddos to this young lady!

It was discovered that a former dentist had failed to address a cavity. I was made to understand that, because of the positioning of the tooth, and the extent of the decay, this was going to be an unusually tricky undertaking. Fortunately, the tooth was able to be saved through a root canal and crown. Otherwise, it might have had to be extracted, which would have left a noticeable gap. I also appreciated the clear explanation given regarding the procedure, and the types of crowns from which to choose. Special mention to the receptionist who took my information so pleasantly on the phone when I first called, and who has shown herself to be exceptionally good at her job.
