My dental journey was a very long story with some unfortunate experiences. That is until I met Dr. Hollister. Dr. Hollister is a specialist in the periodontal disease field. He is also a great implant expert. I have been a patient of his clinic since 2015. I had two implants done with three teeth fixed in total. So far everything is good and now my teeth are very healthy. I am very thankful for the whole dental team, and to the doctor who saved my teeth. I got my first implant this week, on Monday. I can’t believe how easy and painless the procedure was! Dr. Hollister numbed me up and within 30/35 minutes it was over. Absolutely no discomfort. His assistant was phenomenal! She was on top of her game throughout the whole procedure. This is day 5, having the implant post, and I still haven’t experienced any pain or discomfort. No pain meds needed! Absolutely amazing!

Dr. Hollister is the best! He is so attentive and explains things so well. His shots are painless and his work is excellent. He has a very friendly staff as well. By far the best periodontist on the central coast.

Dr Hollister himself is great but his billing department is very incompetent. They will promise you that they can bill your insurance but won't be able to figure it out. I've spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to walk them through how to file claims, how to fix codes, how to file adjusted claims instead of new ones, etc. They will tell you it's no problem to bill your insurance and then when they can't figure it out after your procedure they'll say they are just doing you a favor - it's not required for them to do so even though they promised to do it to begin with.
