I actually give this doctor ZERO stars but I needed this review to post. Do not go to VisionWorks. They will exhaust all your insurance benefits as fast as possible. Any other doctor you go to, the eye exam results are valid for a year. NOT here. I've had 2-3 eye exams in less than a year which is absolutely ridiculous and they'll tell you it's their policy. They won't release my contact lens prescription to me either unless I go in and pay out of pocket $130 for yet another exam essentially trying to extort more money from me. Why should I pay out of pocket when I have eye insurance through work and they ran through my benefits? Go elsewhere and save your time and money. Now I do not know what I'm going to do to get contacts. Thanks for nothing Dr. Giurato!

I absolutely love Dr.Giurato and the eyewear specialists at VISIONWORKS. I have been coming here since I was 13 for both eyeglass and contact lenses exam and supplies and I have zero complaints. We live in an instant gratification society, which causes people to be delusional about getting in and out of a doctor’s office in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Giurato has a waiting time because he is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and thorough. I’d wait for him over any other optometrist. I’ve been to Pearl, For Eyes, BJs, etc. No one compares. Regarding a comment on here about contact lenses, RXs are good for a year versus glasses RXs which are 3-5 years because they are on your actual eye! It’s for your own health and benefit! Dr.Guirato, has no ethics!!! All they want is to charge your insurance and take your money. Does not care for his patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR !!!! I asked to buy a pair of trials while I waited for my glasses and he refused to give me a pair or sell me a pair knowing that I had nothing to see with and my glasses takes 2 weeks. He was forcing me to re-order contacts again.

Dr. Giurato has been my doctor for years. He is very professional and takes his time. I highly recommend you visit this doctor for your new prescription!
