Dr. Goldberg helped me immensely with my TMJ. He’s smart and compassionate, and he’s familiar with the current research in this area. His office is always courteous and professional. His billing is fair and transparent, and he made an excellent nightguard for me that I have used for about three years. I’d recommend his work to anyone.

Don't be misled by positive reviews, as I was. Dr. Goldberg is a one-size fits all operation for TMJ, which may work for some, but was a nightmare for me. I spent thousands of dollars on a device that made my migraines a hundred times worse, and his nonchalant attitude at every appointment did not help matters. I finally bit the financial bullet and went back to my original dentist, whom I had only left because the office wasn't conveniently located for me. What a relief to be back in the care of someone who knows what he is doing, and who cares more about his patients than his reviews (from the minute I made my first appointment with Dr. Goldberg I was besieged with review requests). My dentist referred me to Dr. Goldberg because I was experiencing TMJ pain. The office staff was very friendly but they did not accept my insurance (BCBS). So I had to pay $400 to walk through the door (I wish they would have at least let my dentist do the xrays to save me some money). Then Dr. Goldberg told me I needed a dental appliance that costs $2800 out of pocket!! Naturally, I was hesitant to invest that much money so Dr. Goldberg tried very hard to sell me on it. He had me call and talk to his billing manager about payment plans and then he tried to convince me to call my husband to get him on board. Dr. Jeffrey Goldberg and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Services are second to none! As a specialty office, they offer various options for treatment of TMJ disorders and sleep apnea. I believe that it is Dr. Goldberg's personal objective to have patients leave the office better than when they came in. Patient education is an area of special concern for Dr. Goldberg and his staff. They strive to create solutions by combining well researched and tried methods of treatment for sleep apnea & Tmj disorders paired with clear concise explanations from diagnosis to management.

I wish I could zero stars. They try to sell you on this $3,500 appliance. Kim, the office manager is the most unprofessional person and shouldn’t be in customer service. Very rude and inconsiderate. If you’re suffering from TMJ, look elsewhere.
