Dr. Robinson took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain my condition in a way I could understand, and walk me through every step of the process with patience and kindness. Her expertise and confidence made me feel safe and well cared for. Throughout my treatment, she consistently checked on my progress, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Worst place to go. They will have you waiting for hours. We sat in a room for 3 hours waiting on results from an ultrasound. The nurses kept saying they couldn’t find my son ultrasound in the system. Over heard some stuff in the hallway asking people did anyone know how to read an ultrasound. Because she didn’t know how to read it. Everybody was yelling no. I asked to be discharged and all of a sudden someone was coming to give us the results. After being told 5 minutes before that his ultrasound wasn’t in the system. I asked for my son to be discharged multiple times and they kept saying hold on someone is coming. The man finally came and he was stumbling over his words. He really couldn’t tell us what was wrong. He said he was gonna give him some antibiotics and to take it easy. Got the

One of the worst hospital stays I've ever had lots across many hospitals. Staff was unattentive, left me with a pillow or blanket for hours and I couldn't get the nurses to bring them too me. I finally googled the switchboard and called twice to finally get them. They had a psych patient across the hall that screamed at the top of their lungs ALL night and nothing was done about it. The admissions team is a crap shoot. I had surgery scheduled and told to be there no later than 5am. Got there and there wasn't a single admissions person for over 30 minutes.

My ER visit was terrible tonight. Came in at 9 with Chest pain. Nothing was done or ordered test wise until 1030pm then had to sit uncomfortable in a room with a broken chair until the PA saw me and then back to the waiting area I went. With chest pain and a really swollen painful left calf!!!! Will not ever return here. As a former nurse at this facility im highly disappointed in the care I received !!!

The labor and delivery was absolutely amazing! The staff there was amazing and so sweet and caring! Dr.Pierce is absolutely amazing! He was sweet and so helpful during my whole pregnancy! I have no complaints about him or labor and delivery.
