Doctor's Orders Pharmacy - Pine Bluff

For me order doesn't be ready. Don't take responsibility for wrong information especially about picking up and putting in orders on when it will be ready. And when asked to spoke to someone over the business I was informed theirs no one else or a number to get this resolved. I feel someone should help with this. The cashiers I was told just answer the phone so to get info from them they can't help about your medical pickup.

0 STARS! Says meds are ready and not. Stand in line for 30 mins; only to be directed to a secondary line where problem still not solved! This location should or will be closed soon due to horrible business! If you can't properly serve the customers, then close the business to make room for a more competent and functional business.

No very happy my medication was sent in at 8am something this morning and here it is 5:23pm and it’s not ready bad business! I’ve tried calling about 9 to get my medication delivered to my job no one would answer the phone. Look like I need to go someone else. Use to like this pharmacy because of how fast they worked now they are very slow!

Service at this pharmacy is horrible. They make you wait forever in line and they won’t answer the phone when you call. Matter of fact they let it ring a few times then disconnect you. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!
