Dr. Beene and a couple of others, very nice and inviting. Makes you feel at home and very comfortable environment . However, the receptionist Haley and one more lady there… Very rude, sense of entitlement, doesn’t know how to talk to people just flat out unprofessional all the way around. Sadly this can also hurt the business in the future. She doesn’t follow up as she says she will, can come off quite honorary. If she forgets she will flip things as if you’re in the wrong and try’s to make you feel small and can come off as a bully. Poor lady, I pray she seeks help from God and some deliverance for whatever it is she is dealing with. I pray that she heals as well.
