Jefferson House

Jefferson House is clean. The nurses and CNA's are wonderful. The Physical Therapist are great. And the food is so much better than St. Francis Hospital. Thank you all at Jefferson House.

“Rehabilitation” is just a word - it doesn’t happen a Jefferson House. It used to back in 2018 but there seem to be very few physical therapy people there - their workout room with the usual machines is empty of both therapists and patients. Money saver at the patients’ expense? No complaints about the staff - for the most part they are competent but frequently have too many patients to care for. I lost much weight there as the food is not as good as you’d find in a convenience store dumpster so I ate little - food was bas in 2018, it’s absolutely dreadful now. If you need a nursing home or rehab facility, go elsewhere.

The caregivers at Jefferson House were amazing. Over the years, my dad visited your facility many times. His last visit was tough on all of us and the amazing staff was not only kind to him but went out of the way to be sure Mom, my brother and I were ok! Thank you for your caring support.

My grandmother stayed here after a fall. Terrible experience, lazy miserable staff that takes forever to assist it’s like pulling teeth. God forbid someone was on their death bed here

Dangerous facility. Stay away at all costs, if this is the “only bed available” dispute in every way possible. Ombudsman, patient advocate, anything. * Will edit with more as I navigate legal proceedings. I can’t begin to understand the stark contrast in health care and administrative care, or lack thereof.
