Jefferson Health - Plymouth Meeting

I love Jefferson Health- Plymouth Meeting. Dr. Steffanelli and his staff are amazing. He has such a great patient-side manner and his staff is very helpful and attentive, especially when a patient (me) isn’t feeling well, and with the things that are going on. It definitely gave me relief and help me know that things are going to be okay…. It might take a little bit of time, but I definitely didn’t feel like I didn’t matter.

Walked into a very warm, welcoming environment and that helped as I am claustrophobic. The technician who administered the test was calming and understood my concerns. I can't thank her enough. Would recommend highly especially for people with my condition. Thanks again! Happy New Year and keep up the good work!!

Kind staff greeting us when we walked through the door. We were called to see the Doctor with only a 10 minute wait. Nikita was so sweet. Great bedside manner and all around nice person. I Love seeing Dr. Nikita. She brightens my day.

Dr. Copper and his neurosurgery staff are excellent. They are courteous and always provide detailed explanations of everything that is happening. I would highly recommend them. Dr. Cooper was the one I went to for a second opinion and his knowledge and approach were much appreciated.

The doctor was a complete disappointment. Cant go there again. The girls were nice.. he made me loose my neurology appointment which i waited for months. Now pushed back to February. Endangering me... refused to listen to my complaints. And I also think my insurance card is not good enough for high end treatment. So I will now try to get rid h. So I can afford expensive procedure...the doctor is ignorant..
