Very clean, inviting, and professional atmosphere... and all of that is just in the waiting room! Massage chairs, coffee station, music, videos of tropical islands, the works. The staff is super personable and friendly. They remember you, so you're not just another patient to them. The hygienist Lauren is probably the most thorough, yet gentle, teeth cleaner I've ever had. If you're used to getting stabbed in the gums and someone being too rough, you need to switch. Then, there's the dentist; one can tell Doctor Bower is a proper leader and not just the owner. He really seems to have the respect of his team and defers to their professional opinions. I've seen dentists who overrule and embarrass their workers right in front of the patient. This is a very overdue review! I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this practice since coming here in 2019! From the moment I walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Bower and his staff are so kind, knowledgeable and take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I actually look forward to my visits—and love catching up with Dr. Bower and the ladies at the front desk. Dr. Bower has improved my confidence so much with the work he has done to my teeth! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that I’m in such caring and capable hands. I highly recommend Fresh Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares!

Talk about a “fresh” experience. Went to Fresh Smiles for the first time and I’m truly impressed. First off it’s a beautiful office with a spa level experience. (There are literally massage chairs.)The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They blend technology and dentistry seamlessly. They give an “every tooth matters” experience and seem to care honestly about your care. Definitely an upgrade from my past dental experiences. HIGHLY recommend.

Pleasant from start to finish! Gilmary and Shantal are so welcoming, informative and on top of it. My hygienist is very thorough and thoughtful. The office is so calming and clean. Highly recommend Fresh Smiles!

I love the staff here! They truly do care about their patients. They are very accommodating for whatever circumstances and they pay attention to detail and care about how you’re feeling during the cleanings. They create a fun and warm experience that makes you look forward to getting dental work done with them!!!
