This location was great, from the great customer service to the professionalism I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to go here. Specifically, Bria was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on hand and provided plenty of expertise to all the questions that I asked. I would recommend this location to anyone loves great customer service.

Was great to visit this new location. Have shopped Warby Parker in Ardmore, King of Prussia and Horsham. They have all been very helpful. Yesterday was a wonderful experience with Gus who helped in every way possible. He was knowledgeable, informative, patient, kind and very personable. Will recommend to friends and family! I tried using the online tool but was unsure about it but I was happy to find a store relatively nearby. I had a great experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process and she had wonderful taste. I’m very pleased.

My experience here was great! The customer service was amazing. I brought my mom here for new glasses and she now feels like a brand new woman! The staff really know their stuff!
