The staff are really kind, empathetic and helpful. Our pup, Chase, was dealing with a swollen eye and they managed to fit us in on Christmas Eve. Dr. Brian took such great care of our Chase. He’s so kind, gentle and thorough. He listens to your concerns and will take the time to explain his recommendations. We are so happy to have such a wonderful vet that we trust. He also took care of our sweet bird, Yoda, in the same manner. It was during the pandemic and we couldn’t be in the office. We were worried but they were wonderful with her. She needed surgery on her leg. The surgery was successful. The staff reached out and checked on her as she recovered. I wish I came to Jefferson animal hospital long ago. The team is genuinely caring and is not transactional. Dr. Brian is absolutely amazing. He takes his time and puts your mind at ease- as well as educates you on his findings- versus giving a diagnosis and prescription like the majority.

Dr. Rose and his staff are just amazing. I’m a 2 ferret mom and the way they handle my girls and explain everything to me is just invaluable!

Brought my pup in for the first time yesterday. He’s a 100lb reactive pup so it’s hard to bring him to a vet. They were absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the assistant and the doctor. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and understanding. The doctor was thorough and listened to everything I said. He took his time with my dog and made us both feel comfortable. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

It was my first time to Jefferson Animal Hospital and the experience was excellent in every way. Dr. Krawchuk focused on the issue at hand. She and her staff were gentle and informative. Great experience and would recommend this hospital without hesitation.
