I saw Dr Jackson this morning and for the first time in months I can walk, pain free along with having a plan to fix the problems with my feet in the near future. I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Jeffrey Jackson as my podiatrist for well over 8 years. His professionalism, courtesy, as well as his medical expertise are impeccable. He takes time to listen to patients while giving the best diagnosis and medical advice to help patients with their health issues. Wait time is very short and his staff is very cordial and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson, if you are in need of a podiatrist. Check him out. 😊

First visit I was overcharged by the person at the front desk. I have the best insurance you can get and met all deductibles but she still overcharged me using an itemized list. When I called to question these charges the same person at the front desk told me “don’t tell me how to do my job”. Called the office manager Stacy who said she would take care of it. Called the billing office for two weeks and never got through to the person that handles their accounts. I was always told to leave a message and they would get back to me but never did. Called my insurance company and apparently they had no issue talking to the person that was always too busy to take my call. Went back for a second visit and the same person at the front desk tried to overcharge me again. I told her she owed me money

This practice in Palm Coast is absolutely amazing and Dr. Emily Ernst is a treasure!! I am a ballet dancer and teacher and I was so grateful to go to a doctor who speaks my language. She expertly diagnosed by broken pinkie toe, joint, and overstretched ligament after her amazing team took X-rays of my foot- helping me navigate the crutches. The X-rays were taken in the beautiful office at the time of appointment. No waiting on X-ray results and reports, she did it all, with a smile! She explained the kind of break and how it happened, and why the ball of my foot was so swollen. She helped me come up with a plan for recovery, explaining how to regain strength and mobility and how my body will react to being reintroduced to movement... she hopes to get me back in pointe shoes in a few we

I can't thank Dr. Jackson and his staff enough for the excellent care and service I was provided. Pre op, surgery and post op care was very streamlined and Dr Jackson and his staff was very attentive to my issues. He is a excellent podiatrist and addressed all my foot concerns. I will be back for surgery on my other foot when the time comes. Thanks again!
