JCMC Jacksonville Urgent Care

Great experience at JCMC Urgent Care. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care my son received during our office visit. All staff were very polite and professional. Taylor Landis provided excellent care, making the overall experience efficient and comfortable. I highly recommend this location for quality care.

Overall my experience was great! Both nurse Fitzgerald and nurse Cortney were the absolute best! They were attentive, sweet, caring and professional! It made my wait totally worth it. I highly recommend them!

JCMC Jacksonville Urgent Care was fantastic with my recent visit. I have never in my life been in and out of an urgent care in 30 minutes; especially after 6pm during peak cold and flu season. The reception staff were great and made check-in easy. NP Fitzgerald was kind, listened to my concerns, did a quick exam, and prescribed what I needed right away. She also sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy immediately which allowed me to pick them up on my way home. I am overall impressed with the timeliness and quality of care I received.

I saw PA Taylor Landis today and had a wonderful experience! The office was quick and efficient, and Taylor was very thorough and relatable. She made me feel very comfortable and was attentive to my healthcare needs! She went above and beyond to ensure me and my children remain healthy.

When i went in they made sure i was heard. I had been swabbed for covid, flu, and strep all were negative but the dr came in and examined my swollen lymph nodes in my neck and my throat and said it looked like I had strep and that the tests were only about 60 percent accurate and treated me for strep. Instead of saying I was fine because the tests said I was negative she actually cared and gave me something to help me.
