I am sorry to say we will no longer be returning to Greencastle dental after being patients there for about 12 years. We had several very bad experiences there in 2025. Our older son was told he had a cavity and they didn’t have time to fix it so he saw dentist at college in Tuscaloosa who said there was no cavity and to go home. Another 2 kids of our kids were told they had cavities during our home leave and they each had repair at Greencastle with a new dentist there (not Dr. Lee). Both kids had to have follow up dental visits elsewhere to get further care for tooth pain/sensitivity. These teeth weren’t having any discomfort or sensitive before Greencastle worked on them. My experience has been great with Greencastle Dental. Dawn has been amazing as my dental hygienist. That’s one of the reasons I’ve been going to her for 26 + years and the other staff members are great. Everyone is has been professional and they make sure I’m up to date on all appointments. That’s why I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

My first appointment with Dr. J. Lee, and it was outstanding. I felt so comfortable by his office staff. After meeting Dr. Lee I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Lee and his staff are the best! They were very friendly and professional as they took care of my dental issues. I was referred to Dr. Lee by my best friend and will refer others, outstanding service received. Can not say enough good things about Dr. Lee: except I have adopted him as my dentist for life. And yes, I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends! Outstanding staff as well, strictly a Class Act!!

Dr. Jason Lee is awesome! Very skilled and genuinely cares about his patients. Stands behind his work. A crown cracked several years after the repair, and he fixed it at no charge. Very fair as well. All around polite staff. Best dental practice ever!!!

My last experience with Dr Lee's hygienist Darlene was fantastic. She cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job as usual. Actually , she does such a thorough job when she cleans my teeth they feels like I may not ever have to have them cleaned again though I know that I will I really don't know enough words to describe how excellent she is in her profession.
