CVS in Tyrone is always prompt and courteous at the pick up window excellent service

I am 65yrs old & have dealt wit a lot of pharmacy’s, CVS was the most professional & attentive to my needs. Made me feel like a priority, yet very friendly at the same time!

Very poor service,I've been trying to get my prescription for a week. I was told the price through CVS Calmark @ the retail CVS. But they order a partial order 200 of 300 test strips & it's cost more than 300. I called several times & I'm constantly put on hold. No one seems to speak English too correct the problem. Dissatisfied customer.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!\nI was greeted as I walked into the store with a smile and a hello. Once I reached the pharmacy Karla stopped what she was doing behind the counter and asked how she can help me. I was flustered from a prior visit with another CVS store. I tried to explain what I needed to Karla. She asked me a few questions and she was able to translate what I was trying to do.\nWith a few taps on the system computer Karla stated \"your order has been entered and you will receive a text once it has been filled\". I relaxed and thanked Karla the best way I could without crying and hugging her. Well true to Karla's word, I received a text 2 hours later and I was able to pick the prescription up the same day. \nThank you very much Karla for your kindness and knowledge of people.\

All staff members always are warm in demeanor. They always go above and beyond.
