Serious Administrative and Compliance Concerns Following Staff Change Our family has been established patients of this practice for over 10 years, and the issues we are now experiencing began after a recent change in office staff. The current staff has demonstrated systemic administrative failures that directly interfered with continuity of care and access to medical information. One of my children was deleted from the patient system entirely, and another child’s active insurance was incorrectly replaced with an outdated policy, resulting in billing errors for visits on 11/09/25 & 11/17/25 that should have been covered by my current health insurance. I've been bringing my children here since my oldest was 1 and have had generally good experiences, until they recently suggested that my son be referred to a neurologist. They filed the first set of paperwork incorrectly so the hospital sent it back to them with instruction on the necessary modifications. When I called about the updated paperwork, I was told that the doctor is the only one who can do it and he would be gone until Jan. 5th. Now almost two months after they originally told me to get him referred, they have completely dropped the ball on his case. The paperwork was never refiled. It is just very frustrating to be shown how little your healthcare providers actually care for your child. This has been our family's pediatrician for over 2 decades (my own children, nieces, nephews) and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Plotkin & his staff! I love Dr. P's natural approach and his advice and expertise is always on point. Kori & Jack are amazing and always make my kids feel cared for and comfortable. 💙

I can not express how Amazing this doctors office is. My children have been going here for years and they make us feel like family! Dr. Plotkin listens, he explains things well, and most importantly he takes his time with each one of my children! I have never felt rushed or that I have asked too many questions!
