Janny A. Ozuna Mendez, MD PLLC

The staff is very nice. However, Dr. is very rude and aggressive. Dr. Ozuna is very argumentative and fails to get back after numerous conversations for a referral. She has the Spanish community believing she’s a good doctor because of the language barriers they face in that area. But she is by far the worst doctor. My mother was a patient for over five years and I couldn’t believe the lack of communication, and when she communicated how rude and unprofessional, she was. It’s unfortunate to say that as a Hispanic doctor, I will never recommend her.

Doctor Ozuna is awesome. She has been my doctor for the last 6 years. She is very professional and friendly. The staff are super friendly. They always look the way to assist you. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Please note the waiting time can be a little longer than expected. (Ozuna is very popular and the neighborhood knows it)

The staff is very kind and very helpful at this location, especially the office manager. The Doctor, however, is very rude, argumentative, and lacks compassion for her patients. My advice is if you don't speak Spanish to it's full capacity then I do not recommend this Doctor. Her English is not perfect and she likes to argue if she feels she can't understand what you are saying. She also likes to hang up on her patients because she obviously lacks business ethics skills.

Doctor Janny A. Ozuna Mendez has been my doctor for around 8+ years and i wouldn't know where to start saying what an amazing doctor she has been. My life has changed so much since she became my doctor... from huge weight loss to quit smoking to being able to go back to work after years of not working due to health issues. She is a heaven sent. Would not change my doctor for no other.
