Janesville Hometown Pharmacy

Recently switched prescriptions from Walgreens to Janesville Hometown Pharmacy. Such a refreshing change. Prescriptions ready quickly & without problems. Kind and caring staff. Clean inside .

New guy by the name of THOMAS RHODES just started. I’m a big fan of his from his Qdoba days and I’m glad to say he’s even better here. His professionalism and customer service is incredible, very welcoming atmosphere especially with him at the counter.

Hometown pharmacy is amazing. I've been telling everyone to switch to this pharmacy after witnessing what they go through trying to get their meds from Walgreens every month. It's a completely different experience. I am so grateful for this place. They have made my experience so stress free and easy. I can leave my doctor's office, make the short trip to the pharmacy and my meds are ready by the time I get there. Absolutely incredible. I've sat there a few times and watched them troubleshoot different patient problems and questions with the utmost care, concern and professionalism that is rare to see these days. Thank you so much hometown pharmacy!!!! I am so grateful for you.

Am so happy I switched to Hometown Pharmacy. The service and prescription availability is wonderfully refreshing compared to the 2 big name competitor's in town. They may not stay open late, but I never have to worry they won't have what I need when the doctor prescribes it. Beautiful selection of gifts and other stuff too.

I recently had a frustrating experience, I do not recommend this pharmacy. The deliveries were consistently late, causing inconvenience. Moreover, both the staff and the owner displayed a disappointing level of rudeness, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. I would advise seeking alternative services for a more reliable and customer-friendly experience.
