Dr. Ho removed two of my wisdom teeth quickly. The process went fine and everything was explained clearly. Overall, the experience was okay and I didn’t have any major issues.

I went to this place for my No. 11 tooth last week and had such a bad experience. I felt strongly that I should share this with public. When it was my turn, one assistant took the X-ray for me as usual. I waited for a long time before Dr. Yang finally came over. She started telling me “ your No.11 tooth is bad and it must be removed and followed by implant procedure. She didn’t even introduce herself to me or say “Hello”. I asked: “Are you Dr. Yang”? She replied “Yes”. I then asked: “How are my teeth”? She simply said “Let’s focus on No. 11. It was absorbed by your body both internally and externally for some reason. You can Google it. It has to be removed”. Then she left without telling me. Then instructed her assistant to roll down the chair. Then I heard the male assistant told me to

Thorough and quick and attentive. Clean office with good modern equipment and polite staff. Maybe a little rushed but overall I recommend this as a good, honest dental practice. PS Bonus if you want a staff fluent in Chinese (not sure which dialects)

Request for Dr. Ho if you come. Dr. Jang is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t greet her patients or explain anything. She talks low and then yells at you if you don’t understand her instructions. Waited over 1 hour and 30 mins just to not be greeted or explained anything and instead yelled at. Disgusting.

Dr. Ho was very accommodating, patient, and kind towards the elderly. He provided comprehensive medical advice to help her decide which procedures to take. Overall he is a very professional and caring doctor.
