The doctor my mom sees is amazing. My biggest challenge with the office is the phone operators. Sometimes you get someone that is kind of sometimes you get someone that is rude. Since my family and I have been in Hagerstowns, I have found that when it comes to meritus as a whole the kindness is lacking big time. When your helping the sick in the community kindness is a big need. Yeah, I know some people your helping are super crabby and it sucks. Yet when you use compassion with the sick, they feel and sometimes pull themselves together. They realize, they need to be more patient. Just a bit of a suggestion from a Wellness Life Coach.
