Very frustrating that their office states they are open until 5:00pm but locks up and turns the phone to off-hours before that time. If closing processes require this, then that should be communicated to patients. I was told by staff that I had until 5pm to pick up paperwork and arrived at 4:52 to a locked up building. If the building is not accessible until 5:00, then staff need the training to communicate that to patients. Had I been told I needed to arrive by 4:45, for example, I would have arranged my schedule accordingly.

Absolutely awful my wife took our 1 year old daughter down to Wellnow Urgent Care yesterday afternoon and she was diagnosed with croup and with my knowledge along with a little help from Google croup affects the airways with mucus secretions and inflamed them hence why the dr. at Urgent Care gave her dexamethasone and a little over an hour ago today she was seen by her pediatrician and her pediatrician and the nurse didn't help at all the nurse only checked her weight and put a meter on her toe and the pediatrician aka Dr. Dunham only checked her lungs and said that her lungs are clear and said that there was no need for a breathing treatment to be prescribed to my daughter and this was after I noticed last night that she was breathing heavily with a wet barking cough and was straight up m

Trisha is absolutely amazing. She’s had my boys since Birth and has been through all the milestones with us. Always supportive, very knowledgeable and just a beautiful spirit to be around. I also love when I call and Stacey picks up, she’s extremely professional, has bubbly personality, and is really quick to get my kids scheduled or make any accommodations that they need.

Two stars because, to my face, the nurse was nice enough. However, when she left the room I could very clearly hear her talking negatively about us from out in the hall. Currently looking at different peds offices in the area because the whole experience was just so unprofessional and unnecessary.

Personable staff? No. Recommend training staff on appropriate tone of voice and professionalism, over the phone too. Pretend like you want to be there and that you work with kids and worried parents who probably don't want to see a grumpy adult, especially while kids are sick.Would suggest it to Practice Manager, but she doesn't care enough to return calls. This is a common complaint with her from what I've been told.
