I do not have a problem with the Doctors they are all great. But it is the two recptionist at the front desk. I had a checkup scheduled for this past Monday August 12th. As I was checking in I was told I had a previous balance owed from 07-2019. I wasen't sure why it was years ago. I told them I could make payments on it. I said I could pay $25.00 a month till paid off. They said it would take my balance out 8 months, so they told me NO. They wanted me to pay half now and the rest next month. Since I was unable to do that they said I could not get my checkup and they cancelled my appointment. So I had to leave. I have been having issues with my teeth and I really needed that checkup, I do not understand these people. Why not let me make payments to pay it off,but tell me NO and they do not
