Jacksonville Children's & Multispecialty Clinic

I like this place ever since I gave birth to my son. This is the place that I go to. I'd really like them any questions or anything. They take the time to answer before they go to the next person. And that's what I like some things I don't understand and I'm a little slow at things, so they go slow for me and make sure I understand everything. Anytime I need an appointment, I get it when I go to my appointment. It'll only take couple minutes even when they're very busy. Thank you so much

Do these people never answer the phone? I’m confused as to why I have to keep calling over and over and waiting past 40min just to have to call again. This is absolutely ridiculous!

What's the point of making an appointment, when your left sitting watching several people called before you. The worst..Whether, I arrive early or on my scheduled time slot, I'm always waiting to be seen for over an hour at the least.......The staff is carefree and only there for a paycheck. What happened to quality customer/ patient service these day? I'd rate them a zero if I had the option..

I originally thought the well clinic would be a good experience, but our 2 week well being checkup for my daughter was ridiculous. I had spent more time waiting to get seen then actually having her be seen by Dr.Mittal. He treated my daughter like another number on his schedule and his visit was only 8 minutes long. He did not listen to a word I said and was rushing things. My daughter then had her third appt scheduled but was rescheduled due to Hurricane Florence and they pushed it back again since Dr.Mittal would be our that week. Today was her rescheduled appt date, my husband and I were going to be 30 minutes early to the clinic since we live nearby but got in a car accident. When I called the clinic to let them know they responded with “you need to get here by 1115 or we will have to

I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I originally thought it was the doctor but when i switched to another doctor within the same practice (different location) it only has become worse. I have a multitude of different illnesses and autoimmune disorders happening all at once and cant get the treatment for my symptoms. I cant even get a call back. Im going to die because of the medical system as a whole.
