The attention over the week from everyone was excellent. The ER was full of people to the point beds lined the hallways and still the staff did not miss a beat and provided excellent service. Once my father was moved into his own room at T-3 the amazing care continued. The entire nursing team did a wonderful job, specially Dainely Tortoza who went above and beyond in answering our questions and taking care of my father. A thank you to Dr. Onix as well, who was very professional and answered all of the questions we had and provided us with peace of mind amidst a very difficult time.

My father was trying to leave the hospital for more than 24 hours. I had to come in person and argue with the incompetent staff to get him home. He was able to talk, walk, was fully coherent, not under any medication and made the adult decision to leave. The hospital staff gave him a run around and their excuse for not letting him go was that they did not have the Ostomy bag supplies he needed to leave. Just the day prior, they themselves provided him with one. So essentially the entire hospital was down to 1 bag and gave him the last one. Very believable? He had ordered the bag himself due to the lack of supplies here and arranged ostomy service by himself. Apparently they staff could not get in touch with service providers they claimed he had to have to leave. So he's a hostage and the

I will give a four star rating ...there is always room for improvement. Overall ER doctors and caretakers -Nurses, PT staff - security at front desk and emergency room department deserve 5 STARS...you treated my father with respect and care. Special thanks to Dr. Medina in ER. Dr.Alina Garcia, Esmeralda -patient care tech-& Nurse Lilliam, and all other nurses who worked that shift with nurse Lilliam. Dr.Alina Garcia. You guys demonstrated professionalism and True care in my father’s time of need. Dealing with people is not an easy job. Believe me, I know. Recognition is important! After suffering a femur fracture due to a bicycle accident, I was truly blessed to have Dr. Gisselle Hernández as the specialist who performed my surgery. From the very first moment, she showed an exceptional level of professionalism, confidence, and compassion. She made me feel calm, supported, and in the best hands during one of the most difficult moments of my life. I recently had my first visit with Jackson South after having an outpatient surgery procedure done this week. I live in Broward so was a little nervous going to a new facility but it was the closest hospital my oral surgeon did procedures out of. From registering to being discharged everyone was truly amazing. I was nervous being by myself since my husband couldn’t be there until after, but everyone took great care of me. The woman who checked me in for surgical services in the waiting room was the sweetest ever, and Ana who prepped me and got me set up and ready for surgery was also the kindest nurse ever. The anesthesia team and everyone honestly were all great. Dr. Beech the OMFS doctor and his team through UM also could not have been better at explaining everything and caring for me as
