As a post kidney transplant patients I would like to thanks to all of the pharmacy technicians at Specialty pharmacy at Jackson memorial hospital in downtown Miami, the technicians are absolutely the best, very professional, cooperative, answer the phone immediately and listen with care and kindness to solve my medication issuesI am using specialty pharmacy for over the a year and a half, all of my medication have been delivered on time, delivery driver very respectful , thank you again for your outstanding services.

they literally never answer the phone

Once again i went to pick up my prescription at Jackson Pharmacy Solutions’s and soonest the i walk in i received the notification saying that my prescription are ready the staff are very helpful and kind they ready knows me when they see me walking in they know that am there because i have something to pick up they are well coordinated and they always explain things right about your prescription thats why i am here and will be thank you to all the staff for being patience with some of us the sometimes we don’t want to hear the words of they staff and the great cordinator that they have blessings always 🙏
