I am giving them a two for past service, and only because they at least had the medication in stock. There is one male employee who has always made the process smooth. I am trying to refill medications, not get into a combative situation. All the women I have spoken with consistently seem rude and insensitive, and they speak to people in a very disrespectful manner. If you are looking for caring staff and good customer service, this is not the place. I am confident that I was respectful at all times and did not deserve that type of attitude. She seemed more frustrated with me than I was, even though I was simply a caregiver trying to refill eight medications. I ended the call because I did not want to continue the conversation. I am in room 707 of the Physical Therapy department at Lynn. My doctor switched my pain meds to morphine. I have now waited 7 1/2 hours for the prescription to be filled and I keep getting told it’s done it’s done it’s failed. It’s coming up but yet the pharmacy closed two hours ago so I’m in agony. I’ve gone through five surgeries due to bone cancer in my leg. My question is where is the medicine? Where is my pain relief this is why I’m here.

Carlos at Jackson Pharmacy is truly amazing! He went above and beyond with genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. He made sure to keep me updated every step of the way on the status of my mom’s medication and made sure we got her prescription on a timely manner. When the pharmacy opened, the pharmacist was very rude and she didn’t even say good morning no manners whatsoever with a bad attitude
