Jackson Memorial Long-Term Care Center

I had an incredibly positive experience at this rehabilitation center. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The nurses, therapists, and counselors were patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me through every stage of my recovery. The facility was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made the healing process so much easier. The therapy programs were well-structured and truly effective—each session felt purposeful and tailored to my needs. I also appreciated the encouragement and respect I received throughout my stay; it helped me stay motivated and hopeful. Thanks to the amazing team here, I’m leaving stronger, more confident, and with the tools I need to continue improving. I highly recommend

I have a family who is there. Each time I visit, the moment I enter, everyone is wonderful and nice. I was told opposite, but so far they are treating him with great... I'm praying it continues and he gets thr right & proper help he needs to be able to be back to normal and discharged. God bless ❤️

Today was my first visit to see my niece, at first I was a worried because the outside of the building has nothing to do with the inside, I loved the security system they have to come in, the inside was very nice and smelled very nice!!!! The nurses were very nice also.i will be visiting for a long time Hopefully I’ll have more feedback then.👍👍👍

Visited my little Sister, she was clean and well kept. I feel she is being well cared for. The staff were pleasant and the place was clean.

Great care with compassion. Very professional staff. Always attentive to patient needs.
