I truly wish there were an option to give zero stars because this place does not deserve even one. From the moment I walked in, the experience was stressful, frustrating, and honestly disturbing. The waiting room was overcrowded, uncomfortable, and completely disorganized. Patients were left waiting without updates, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and uncaring. When help was needed, the staff acted bothered and dismissive, as if patients were inconveniencing them. Several nurses were openly rude, spoke with attitude, and showed no compassion or professionalism. What shocked me most was the cleanliness — or complete lack of it. Absolutely negligence, lack of professionalism, communication, compassion and zero professionalism in the ER. Arrived at the ER at 7:30 pm on a Thursday evening, it is now 2:40 pm in the afternoon Friday and still in the ER. Not one single nurse or aid came in the room during the course of the evening, they do not have one of the medications required for my father’s care, I had to remind the nurse about an IV that had to be administered after initially being told that it was not ordered (had to insist on them checking the records), zero compassion while changing my 99 year old dad speaking to him in harsh tones and abrupt movements, I can go on and on and on and the outcome would still be the same……TERRIBLE medical facility / ER to bring anyone in need of medical care. Don't come here. Nurses at the ER do not have any compassion for the patients. I came with both my mother and my father, and they made us wait hours. My mother was very dehydrated and once in the room assigned, nobody came for more than 1 hour to check on her. I expressed my concern about my mother's condition, and even after that they took their time to come see her. I would never come back here in my life. I am also a nurse and understand they are busy all the time, but, in this particular case, they lack a heart to help people. It's a shame. I am willing to talk to any rep at Jackson Memorial to give the names of the people who really did a good job. And I would like to publicly recognize Melissa's job (she is a nurse at West Wing 9). She really loves what she does and treated my father

I’d like to express great gratitude for the excellent service that I received. I stayed on the 15th floor west side. All My request for my needs during my stay was answered appropriately. I felt at home, Everyone made me feel so comfortable and special. I loved every moment of it. I would highly recommend my friends family to come here to be treated. I would love to give special attention to my nurses Michelle, Bernice, Sarah And all of my patient care technicians. I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible nurses on both the day and night shifts during my stay. From start to finish, the care I received was outstanding. Every nurse I encountered showed true dedication to their work and made a stressful situation much easier to get through. Their teamwork, empathy, and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
