Jackson Heights Pediatric Dental

Absolutely the worse experience ever. Spent 3 hours for them to tell me my daughter couldn't be seen, due to them rushing in order to go to lunch. Very unprofessional and I hate to pull the race card but we were among the first to get there and was literally the last to be seen. Never again!

Literally horrible. I been going to this dentist since I was 13 and now I’m 16 I just realize the dentist who cleans my teeth don’t even do it good he just cleans the front teeth , back teeth , bottom teeth that fast he didn’t took his time correctly he was rushing only took like 3 minutes to clean it and he seem like tired I got white spots and he didn’t even noticed like what horrible experience today

It is so upsetting that when you call to make an appointment no one ever picks up. you can call any time of day but they are always on high call volume. they tell you to leave a message and a patient care coordinator will get back to you asap but when do they ever?

Very disappointed. The people who work here are very rude and they literally tend to embarrassed you. Some dentists are very impatient and would take very long to check one patient.

What a great experience! I was very pleased with the service and how patient everyone was with my child! Thank you!
