Two radiology technicians need to be commended on their professionalism and care and concern for the patient on Feb 12, 2026. Ashley and Tiffany made sure that I could complete the X-rays on my spine and neck with my comfort in mind. To complete the procedures they moved a chair around for me and adjusted their equipment accordingly. Just to mention, I am 6'5" tall and way 255 and was light headed at the time. The techs did an outstanding job. Employees of the year!!! My opinion!!! Thank You!!!

ER: Great staff and a great doctor for ER day shift. There was an issue with a secondary department, getting my labs squared away, but the doctor and nurse seeing me took care of business and sent me on my way. I have nothing but praise for this ER. They have taken great care of my family for 5 years. Thanks!

I see so much negative posted about the Hospital that I wanted to just give a big THANK YOU to the staff that worked the ER last night! Dr. Oliver is AMAZING! The nurses were AMAZING! The lab and radiology people were AMAZING! Every person we dealt with last night 10-6-25 from admin and up were absolutely so sweet to us and I can absolutely say it was the best visit to any ER I’ve ever been too. I have had some not so great visits in the past but this group was TOP NOTCH ❤️ I wish I knew everyone’s names because they all deserve kudos! I wish Dr. Oliver had his own practice because we would definitely be seeing him 🌻 Thank you Jackson County Memorial Hospital ER staff for being so good to us ❤️

Each encounter with the staff at the JCMH Radiology Department is truly excellent. I always have that little feeling of unease because of the unknown element of what will happen. But each and every one, from radiology students to staff who have been there for years, they know exactly what to say to make me feel relaxed and completely cared for with genuine compassion. I am thankful for the staff and the leadership. The care must be a reflection of the radiology leadership because it has been consistent for over twenty years.

The different departments like ER,xray,radiology lab are great. I've tried to have Mris,ct, xray done there and it in most cases never get scheduled because the person that handles that goes weeks, months or never calls to schedule. A family member is on 2 1/2 months tring to get a CT. His Dr has even sent it to them 3 times and still nothing. It's not a overnight thing because I stopped going there over 4 years ago. There's alot of people in the altus area started going other places for radiology because of scheduling. How ever does it is costing the hospital alot if money
