Everyone was extremely professional. Making an appointment online was quick and easy, and they were able to get me in very fast. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The nurse and doctors were kind, professional, and attentive. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The entire staff showed excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Fast In and Out service with my infant today. The front desk was very helpful with my registration and the nurses were so kind and courteous. I will definitely be returning and feel so grateful that this place exists.

As someone who has had consistently awful experiences in the emergency department at JCMH, I’m happy this office exists. Everyone is very understanding and friendly, we have been multiple times for different members of our family and we have never had a bad experience. Sometimes wait times can be long, but that is to be expected. You can sign in online ahead of time which can help. The staff is wonderful and every provider I’ve seen was attentive and understanding.

Easy to schedule an appointment online and walk-in with the check in staff friendly and efficient at explaining up front costs. Nursing staff and provider Joni did an excellent job of listening and giving me the care I needed. Would definitely recommend this practice!

I’ve come here several times for my children when I can’t make it to their primary. Each time, the staff has been friendly and helpful. The last visit did have a wait of over an hour, but they were very busy, and I was able to wait in my car until they called me, which I appreciated.
