My dog loves to eat poo, roll in mud and eat dead animals. Needless to say he gets sick quite often, every time they have been there for him the same day I call for appointments.

Very nice people. My frenchie was having trouble breathing so the doctor took an xray of my pup and invited me to the lab and explained everything. The prices were fair and my dog is all better. Also while waiting someone came out to check to make sure it wasn't an emergency, I had to wait a few because they were real busy. But her checking in on him made me feel like everything was gonna be OK. I will be taking Rocket back in the future for all his check ups and needs!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE!!! I left my American bulldog and my daughter's schnauzer here on a Thursday and picked them up Monday morning. I left the exact amount of food they both needed and instructions on how they ate. When I picked them up we got over half of their food back in the same bags, the dogs ribs were showing, one had diarrhea, they smelled horrible and were both covered in urine. I am BEYOND upset at the obvious neglect at a place we have used for our animals vaccines and checkups for years! Don't do this to your pets!

Used this vet for several years, not realizing that there was a much better vet right down the road. We had a 13 year old golden retriever mix that we were going to try a new med on that we found online. The vet refused to authorize the purchase unless our companion would visit the office again, even though the vet had diagnosed him over the past several years. We were told that the vet that diagnosed our companion no longer worked there, and it would be necessary to re-diagnose the companion (even though we had been bringing our companion there for several years). Took our companion to All Pets Medical Center, and the vet there put him on medications that improved his health within 24 hours. We would never take another companion to Western Prairie again. I’d give zero stars if I could. Had to take my cat in after hours which the receptionist said would be $100 plus $60 exam, got to the front to pay and I was charged $139 for emergency fee and medication for vomiting that is for DOGS! Was written on the baggie to give half a dose an hour before cat ate food and he vomited even worse. Looked up the medicine on google and it said if given on an empty stomach that vomiting would be worse! $311 bill. I won’t be back
