Hidden “facility fees” at this place!! I have been doing to this location for awhile now and have never had an issue until very recently. I was told I needed to see another doctor within the same building and then was billed as a hospital visit bc apparently that was the “hospital side”. Not sure why I would’ve known that. You also are just told to sign on the screen and not given the paperwork to read, so I did technically agree to the facility fee, which is hundreds of dollars for an office space with no medical equipment inside. My trust has been completely shattered with this place and I have found a new location and PCP.

The people who answer the phones here are rude. i happen to have hearing loss and use a app to make my calls easier . Rater than be patient the person is aggressive and yells at me and deals with me in frustration and as a result of the disrespect I am not able to set up a appointment with my doctor this is the typical rudness i deal with all over the city and health system i will be letting the AG know and advocate and find out who your funders are this is not acceptable behavior and service now i am not able to get care is this how you treat your own family or is this how you line your pockets and use us for money you guys have really gone down the drain in you care .

Front staff who handles phone/ appointments schedules are not at all attentive or helpful from my personal experience. I approached twice giving the same run arounds!! The person said there is no fax number, there is no manger whom I can speak with regarding my concerns. I am established person at Mount Sinai and dealing with difficulties to see a specialist,, This is creating unnecessary delays in care! Please address!

August 2022 - Very Good. I've been a patient at the clinic for a little over one year. Compared to where I was, it's Nirvana... Professional, immaculate facilities, EXCELLENT referrals for me to Mt. Sinai CARDIOLOGY and OPTHAMOLOGY....The clinic, though, is noticeably lacking in adequate mental health care. There is no psychiatric counseling (either individually or group) available to patients outside of perhaps one"virtual" (ugh) group. You are referred to a "mindfulness" (not for me) center or another Mt. Sinai clinic. I haven't yet grasped why it is so difficult to find adequate, in-person (not virtual or phone/talk therapy - my God, NO) mental healthcare anywhere in NYC. The most INCOMPETENT office you can imagine, from the doctors down to the nurses and front desk. Do NOT recommend. Patient waiting area is also questionable.
