I started going there in June of 2018. I weighed 251.6 at my beginning. I was a size 22w / 2x. By my birthday Febuary 19th, i lost 104lbs and now im a size 8 / small tops . Even my feet went from a size 8 to a 7.5. I am still going and plan to make it to 125lbs and stay there.
