Been trying to make an appointment to see ANY doctor in the facility for a week now. Spoke to a woman named Denisse and described the situation and urgency to see a doctor asap. She said I needed to email my Lab work to even schedule appointment. I did so right away. I have called back every day since and been informed that the doctor has been too busy to look over my lab work (which is not even 1 page long). Called again today Denisse said she would make sure to get the doctor to look over it today so i could finally schedule an appointment yet it is now 5pm and nothing. How unprofessional. Clearly they aren't concerned about anyone's health. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

2 appointments and they have cancelled them both. You need to book appointment through a third party service provider. This time they called me and my phone area code was 731. But called me on correct number to verify that it was okay to charge doctor. Followed there of seeing internist before endocrinologist. I said that this is who I wanted to see in the first place so I said to fix their schedule. They said that they would call me right back to confirm. No phone call back.?This morning I have called them 3 times and the office opens up at 8:30 am yet still haven’t heard from them
