Ivy Creek Healthcare and Wellness Centre

Very grateful to the amazing staff who helped my mom immensely as she recovered from a very invasive surgery. Everyone was knowledgeable and caring and with all the staffs help my mom was able to recover quickly and become very strong. The nursing home is very clean and my mom enjoyed the food. The dim sum restaurant across the street also delivered food to my mom’s room through phone order and she really liked it. Her roommate was also Cantonese and kept her good company. Thank you to all of the ivy creek staff for your support.

Ivy Creek is a wonderful skilled nursing home. Lana the marketer has been a great help to our entire family since my grandmother was first at Alhambra hospital. Ivy creek is a fantastic nursing home. The staff are very helpful and kind. All the residents are very happy and have many activities to occupy their time and keep them engaged. The rehab team is also very experienced and motivated to help the patients get to their highest functioning level to return home quickly and safely.

Ivy Creek is a fantastic facility conveniently located near many restaurants and hospitals. It’s well kept, clean, and the residents are always very happy and taken care of. The staff is excellent and kind. This should definitely be the place to send your family member to if they should ever need nursing home care of physical therapy.

This was the first time my friend and I came to visit someone at Ivy Creek. When the young woman at the registration desk saw we were not sure how to input information in a registration machine, she typed it all in for us.
