IU Health University Retail Pharmacy

I like the university pharmacy they always send me a message to let me know if a prescription was sent over to them and a message letting me know when there ready. If they have a problem with your prescription they will call you and let you know or even if they don’t have a certain medication in stock and let you know when they will have it and the staff is very professional and friendly as well

I have complications with a generic medications that my doctor prescribes me and I could not find the manufacturer that made the ones that didn't make my stomach hurt the pharmacist went out of his way to make sure that I had what I needed and really listen to me I will be returning to them for now on

In my honest opinion I have the best medical team in the state. They go up and beyond their duty to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need.

The last two times I called two Dr's at IU Hospital for medication refills, the pharmacy didn't send my request to either Dr. I had to ask my husband's primary doctor to call IU Neuro and ask for the medication refill. The second time I had to drive 80 miles to the Dr's office to request a medication refill. This happened within the last two months. This is extremely frustrating.
