I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner of ITS-Dental LLC. During our conversation, I struggled to pronounce some technical dental terms in English. Instead of being patient or finding a solution—like allowing the assistant to translate—the owner refused, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating. What bothered me the most was the lack of empathy and professionalism in the way I was treated. As a customer, I expected respectful communication, but I felt belittled simply because of a language barrier. I wouldn’t recommend this laboratory to anyone who values respect and proper communication. Ps: my review is in English to make it easy to the owner to understand it
