ISU Bengal Pharmacy Pocatello

I am posting this here as I understand this pharmacy is in charge of the lost river pharmacy. The lost river pharmacy is in desperate need of some oversight. I cannot count the number of times my prescriptions have not been ready when I was told they would be. Or the times they couldn't find them when they were hanging right there. Not to mention the times I was sent home with a partial prescription. Just because we live in a small community does not mean we should have to settle for sub-standard service. I think they might benefit from some oversight.

This pharmacy is consistently unreliable with ordering prescriptions and making sure they are available to their patients on time. There is a huge lack of communication between the staff. If your meds are critical to your health then this is NOT the pharmacy for you.

I've been going there for several years now. And they are by far the friendliest pharmaceutical techs I've seen in a while, and they care about there patients... thanks Pocatello bengal pharmacy 😃

Love this place! They’re fast and really care about the people they serve. Patient care is a top priority here. Worth a try!
